By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by jlvs at jlvs.bio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jlvs ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlvs.bio. jlvs operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.
The jlvs platform provides online gaming services including but not limited to slot games, live casino table games, bingo, fishing games, card games, and such other categories as the Company may introduce from time to time. All services offered on jlvs are intended solely for entertainment and recreational purposes within the bounds of Philippine law.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English and are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using the jlvs platform, you acknowledge that you are subject to Philippine jurisdiction with respect to your use of the Services.
Age Requirement — 21 Years and Above: Access to jlvs and all real-money gaming features is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Attempting to access jlvs while under the age of 21 is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
By registering or using the jlvs platform, you represent and warrant that:
jlvs reserves the right to request documentary verification of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) jlvs account. Creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, contact jlvs support immediately at [email protected].
You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, valid email address, and mobile number. jlvs conducts identity verification in compliance with PAGCOR Know Your Customer ("KYC") requirements. Submission of false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlvs account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jlvs will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. Notify jlvs immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Before approving withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, jlvs may require verified KYC documentation including a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address not older than three months, and such other documents as jlvs or PAGCOR regulations may require. Processing times for verification are typically within one (1) to three (3) business days.
jlvs accepts deposits via the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands ("BPI"), Banco de Oro ("BDO"), and Metrobank. All transactions are processed and settled in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlvs does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment methods not listed above.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. jlvs does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees at their discretion.
jlvs may impose default or player-requested deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis in accordance with responsible gaming obligations under PAGCOR regulations. Players may set or reduce their own deposit limits at any time through their account settings. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
Deposited funds held in your jlvs account balance are maintained separately from jlvs operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR player fund protection requirements. Deposits may only be used for gaming activities on the jlvs platform and cannot be transferred to other accounts or players.
Important: Only deposit amounts you are financially comfortable losing. jlvs strongly discourages depositing funds sourced from loans, credit, borrowed money, or funds reserved for essential household expenses. Gambling should be funded from discretionary income only.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted for real-money balances accumulated through cash deposits and verified gaming winnings. jlvs targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within the same business day for bank transfer requests to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to verification status and volume.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. jlvs does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where jlvs support has approved an alternative method following identity verification.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed where:
jlvs reserves the right to review and verify any withdrawal request prior to processing. In cases where a technical error, software malfunction, or erroneous credit is identified, jlvs may adjust account balances accordingly and void affected transactions following notification to the Player and investigation.
jlvs may offer promotional bonuses, free credit, cashback arrangements, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit conditions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus play.
Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only. jlvs reserves the right to deny, withdraw, or reclaim bonus credit where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting promotional terms through systematically low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet requirements without normal play risk, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures.
In the event of conflict between a general promotion and a player-specific offer, the player-specific offer terms prevail. jlvs retains the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion with notice on the platform.
All games available on jlvs operate according to rules published within each respective game interface. For live dealer games, outcomes are determined by physical events observed by all participating players in real time. For RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games), outcomes are determined by a certified random number generation system subject to independent auditing.
In the event of a game malfunction, connection interruption, or technical error that affects the integrity of a game session, jlvs reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund wager amounts to the player's account. Winnings produced by a demonstrably malfunctioning game are not payable. jlvs is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
Players must engage with jlvs games individually without the use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any external program that interacts with game interfaces. The use of any such tool constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlvs platform:
Any violation of the above may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances subject to applicable law, reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities, and civil or criminal legal action where warranted.
21+ Mandatory: jlvs is strictly a 21+ platform. Under-age gambling is illegal in the Philippines and a violation of PAGCOR regulations. All accounts are subject to age verification. jlvs reports confirmed under-age access attempts to PAGCOR.

All content on the jlvs platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, images, trademarks, trade names, logos, interface design, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of jlvs or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlvs platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any jlvs intellectual property without prior written authorisation from the Company.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlvs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jlvs platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gaming session progress due to connection interruption, or losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your own failure to maintain credential security.
jlvs's total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your jlvs account balance at the time the claim arises. This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury caused by jlvs's negligence, or to fraud by jlvs, or to any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
jlvs makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malware or harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlvs undertakes reasonable technical measures to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee continuous uptime.
jlvs collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations, as well as PAGCOR data management requirements. The nature of the personal data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, your rights as a data subject, and jlvs's data retention and security practices are detailed in the jlvs Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference.
By using jlvs, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your data subject rights, including rights of access, correction, and deletion (subject to legal retention obligations), by contacting jlvs at [email protected].
jlvs reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; under-age access; use of prohibited software; multiple account creation; or any conduct that jlvs reasonably determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or compliance with PAGCOR regulations.
Upon termination for cause, jlvs may withhold account balances pending investigation. Balances confirmed as legitimately earned through lawful play will be returned to the player's verified payment method subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements, unless applicable law or PAGCOR direction requires otherwise.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jlvs support. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any applicable withdrawal processing procedures.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their formation, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute through jlvs's internal complaints procedure. Players may raise complaints by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the issue. jlvs will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and respond substantively within ten (10) business days.
Where a complaint relates to jlvs's compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements, players may also submit a complaint directly to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures.
jlvs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered account address and/or by prominent notice on the jlvs platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately by PAGCOR directive, Philippine law, or urgent security considerations.
Continued use of the jlvs platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using jlvs and may request voluntary account closure prior to the effective date.
The version of these Terms displayed on the jlvs platform at jlvs.bio/terms-conditions shall be the authoritative current version. Prior versions are archived and available on request from jlvs support.
