Your privacy matters to jlvs. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect from you when you use the jlvs platform at jlvs.bio, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, who we may share it with, and what rights you have over your own information. We process all personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable PAGCOR data governance requirements.

1 Introduction

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all personal data processed by jlvs ("we", "us", "our", "Company") in connection with the online gaming platform accessible at jlvs.bio and any related mobile interfaces, customer support channels, promotional communications, and payment processing flows operated by jlvs. This Policy forms part of the jlvs Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with that document.

By creating a jlvs account, visiting jlvs.bio, or otherwise engaging with jlvs services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not use the jlvs platform.

This Policy is written in English and is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. References to "personal data" in this Policy correspond to the definition under the DPA: information, whether recorded in material form or not, from which the identity of an individual is apparent or can be reasonably and directly ascertained.

2 Data Controller

jlvs is the personal information controller ("PIC") for the personal data you provide when registering and using the jlvs platform. As PIC, jlvs determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring compliance with the DPA and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

jlvs has appointed a designated Data Protection Officer ("DPO") responsible for overseeing our data protection programme, handling data subject requests, and liaising with the National Privacy Commission ("NPC") of the Philippines on compliance matters. You may contact the jlvs DPO through the contact details provided in Section 14 of this Policy.

3 Personal Data We Collect

Sensitive Personal Information: Where jlvs collects sensitive personal information as defined under the DPA — such as government ID numbers required for PAGCOR KYC compliance — this is collected exclusively on the legal bases described in Section 6 and is subject to enhanced security controls and stricter access restrictions within the jlvs data environment.

4 How We Collect Your Data

jlvs collects personal data through the following channels:

4.1 Direct Collection

You directly provide data when you: register a jlvs account; submit KYC identity documents; make deposits or withdrawal requests; contact jlvs customer support; respond to surveys or promotions; or update your account profile.

4.2 Automated Collection

When you access jlvs.bio, our systems automatically collect technical data including your IP address, device identifiers, operating system, browser type and version, referring URLs, page views, session duration, and interaction events within the platform interface. This data is collected via server logs, session tracking technologies, and platform analytics tools.

4.3 Third-Party Sources

jlvs may receive personal data from third parties where necessary to fulfil our legal and regulatory obligations, including: identity verification service providers conducting KYC checks; payment processors and e-wallet operators (GCash, PayMaya) confirming transaction status; fraud detection and anti-money-laundering screening services; and PAGCOR regulatory systems where required by law.

5 Purposes of Processing

jlvs processes your personal data for the following specific, legitimate purposes:

  • Account Creation and Management: To register your jlvs account, verify your identity, maintain account records, and administer your player profile.
  • Age and Identity Verification: To comply with PAGCOR mandatory age verification (21+) and Know Your Customer ("KYC") requirements under Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws.
  • Service Delivery: To provide access to jlvs gaming services, process gameplay, calculate and credit winnings, and maintain game integrity records.
  • Payment Processing: To process deposits from and withdrawals to your designated Philippine payment accounts (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank).
  • Regulatory Compliance: To comply with PAGCOR licensing conditions, the Anti-Money Laundering Act ("AMLA"), the DPA, and other applicable Philippine laws.

  • Responsible Gaming: To monitor gaming patterns for indicators of problem gambling, administer deposit limits and self-exclusion requests, and fulfil responsible gaming reporting obligations to PAGCOR.
  • Customer Support: To respond to your enquiries, complaints, and support requests, and to maintain records of support interactions for quality assurance and dispute resolution.
  • Platform Improvement: To analyse aggregate usage patterns, identify technical issues, and improve the performance and usability of the jlvs platform.
  • Marketing Communications: To send promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates to players who have consented to receive such communications, in accordance with applicable law.

7 Data Sharing and Disclosure

jlvs does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with third parties only in the following circumstances and only to the extent strictly necessary:

7.1 Service Providers

jlvs engages third-party personal information processors ("PIPs") who process data on our behalf under written contracts that include data protection obligations consistent with the DPA. Categories of service providers include: payment processors and e-wallet operators; identity verification and KYC service providers; cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; customer support platform operators; anti-fraud and risk management services; and platform analytics providers.

7.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

jlvs discloses personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council ("AMLC"), the National Privacy Commission, the Bureau of Internal Revenue ("BIR"), and other competent Philippine authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory direction. Such disclosures are made on a minimum-necessary basis.

7.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of jlvs assets, personal data held by jlvs may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent data protection obligations and notification to affected players.

No Unauthorised Sharing: jlvs will never share your personal data with third parties for their own independent commercial purposes without your explicit prior consent. Any jlvs communication requesting that you provide personal data to a third party should be treated as suspicious and reported to [email protected] immediately.

8 Data Retention

jlvs retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law. The following general retention guidelines apply:

  • Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your active account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and AMLA retention obligations.
  • Financial and Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the relevant transaction, as required by AMLA and BIR regulations.
  • Gaming Activity Data: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years for operational, dispute resolution, and regulatory audit purposes.
  • KYC Documents: Retained for the period required under PAGCOR licensing conditions and AMLA, typically a minimum of five (5) years after the end of the business relationship.
  • Support and Communications Data: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the interaction, or longer where required for ongoing dispute or regulatory investigation purposes.
  • Technical and Log Data: Retained for twelve (12) months for security monitoring and fraud investigation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with jlvs data disposal procedures. Where anonymisation is technically feasible and appropriate, aggregated non-identifiable data may be retained indefinitely for platform analytics and improvement purposes.

9 Data Security

jlvs implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. Security measures in place include:

  • 256-bit Transport Layer Security ("TLS") encryption on all data transmissions between your device and jlvs servers;
  • Encryption at rest for sensitive data fields including passwords (hashed using industry-standard cryptographic functions), financial data, and government ID information;
  • Role-based access controls ensuring jlvs staff access personal data only on a need-to-know basis for their designated job functions;
  • Multi-factor authentication requirements for internal systems access;
  • Regular third-party penetration testing and vulnerability assessments conducted by independent cybersecurity specialists;
  • Data breach detection and incident response procedures including mandatory notification to the NPC within 72 hours of discovery of a reportable personal data breach;
  • Physical and logical segregation of production data environments from test and development environments.

While jlvs takes data security seriously and implements measures consistent with industry standards, no information system can be guaranteed absolutely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, jlvs will notify affected players in accordance with NPC notification requirements and the jlvs breach response procedure.

10 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

jlvs uses cookies — small data files stored on your device — and similar session tracking technologies to operate the platform, maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and collect aggregate usage analytics.

10.1 Types of Cookies Used

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for platform operation, including maintaining your authenticated session, storing shopping cart states, and enabling security features. These cannot be disabled without affecting platform functionality.
  • Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, game display options, and previously used deposit methods to personalise your jlvs experience.
  • Analytics Cookies: Collect aggregated, anonymised information about how players use jlvs.bio — including pages visited, session duration, and click patterns — to help us improve platform performance and usability.

10.2 Cookie Control

You may configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies at any time. However, disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair your ability to log in and use jlvs gaming services. jlvs does not use cookies to serve third-party advertising or to track your activity across unrelated websites.

No Third-Party Advertising Cookies: jlvs does not place or permit third-party advertising networks to place tracking cookies on jlvs.bio. Analytics data collected via cookies is used exclusively for internal platform improvement and is not shared with advertising platforms.

11 Your Data Subject Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules, you have the following rights in respect of personal data that jlvs processes about you:

  1. Right to Be Informed: The right to know that your personal data is being collected and processed, the identity of the data controller, the purpose of processing, and the scope of processing. This Policy fulfils this right.
  2. Right of Access: The right to obtain confirmation of whether jlvs processes personal data about you and, if so, a copy of that data together with supplementary information about how it is processed.
  3. Right to Rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held by jlvs without undue delay.
  4. Right to Erasure or Blocking: The right to request deletion or blocking of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where consent is withdrawn, or where processing is unlawful — subject to overriding legal retention obligations.
  5. Right to Object: The right to object to processing of your personal data based on jlvs's legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes. An objection to direct marketing will be honoured immediately and unconditionally.
  6. Right to Data Portability: The right to receive personal data you have provided to jlvs in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller where technically feasible.
  7. Right to Damages: The right to be indemnified for any damages sustained as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorised use of personal data by jlvs, taking into account applicable law.
  8. Right to File a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines where you believe jlvs has processed your personal data in a manner inconsistent with the DPA.

To exercise any of the above rights, submit a written request to the jlvs Data Protection Officer at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Subject Rights Request". jlvs will acknowledge receipt within three (3) business days and respond substantively within fifteen (15) business days. Requests may require identity verification before processing to prevent unauthorised access to another person's data.

12 Minors and Age Restriction

Strictly 21 and Above: jlvs is an adult gaming platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. All account registrations are subject to mandatory age verification. If jlvs discovers that personal data has been submitted by an individual under 21, the account will be suspended immediately, the data deleted as required by law, and the matter referred to PAGCOR in compliance with our regulatory obligations.

PAGCOR mandates age verification for all online gaming operators licensed to serve the Philippine market. jlvs's age verification procedures include collection and review of government-issued photo identification confirming date of birth as part of the KYC process. Age verification is a mandatory prerequisite for activation of real-money gaming features on jlvs accounts.

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

jlvs may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law, NPC guidance, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or our data processing practices. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered account address and/or by prominent notice on jlvs.bio, with a minimum advance notice period of seven (7) days before the revised Policy takes effect, except where immediate revision is required by law or urgent regulatory directive.

The effective date of the current Policy version is displayed at the top of this document. The Policy version published on jlvs.bio/privacy-policy is the authoritative current version. Continued use of the jlvs platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Prior versions of this Policy are archived and available on request from the jlvs DPO.

Complex requests involving large volumes of data, third-party coordination, or legal review may require additional time, in which case we will notify you of the revised timeline.

If you are not satisfied with jlvs's response to a privacy complaint, you have the right to refer the matter to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines for independent investigation under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach, jlvs notifies the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of discovery and informs affected players promptly — consistent with NPC mandatory notification requirements.
