jlvs is the personal information controller ("PIC") for the personal data you provide when registering and using the jlvs platform. As PIC, jlvs determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring compliance with the DPA and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
jlvs has appointed a designated Data Protection Officer ("DPO") responsible for overseeing our data protection programme, handling data subject requests, and liaising with the National Privacy Commission ("NPC") of the Philippines on compliance matters. Where you have provided explicit, informed, and freely given consent — particularly for optional marketing communications and, where applicable, processing of sensitive personal information. Processing that is necessary for the performance of the agreement between you and jlvs — specifically, to operate your account, process your transactions, deliver gaming services, and fulfil withdrawal requests.
Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulatory obligations, including PAGCOR licensing requirements, AMLA customer due diligence obligations, mandatory age verification requirements, and National Privacy Commission reporting obligations.
Processing necessary for jlvs's legitimate interests where those interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights — including fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and improving our services, provided such processing is proportionate and consistent with your reasonable expectations as a registered player.
jlvs does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with third parties only in the following circumstances and only to the extent strictly necessary:
jlvs engages third-party personal information processors ("PIPs") who process data on our behalf under written contracts that include data protection obligations consistent with the DPA. jlvs discloses personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council ("AMLC"), the National Privacy Commission, the Bureau of Internal Revenue ("BIR"), and other competent Philippine authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory direction. Such disclosures are made on a minimum-necessary basis.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of jlvs assets, personal data held by jlvs may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent data protection obligations and notification to affected players.
No Unauthorised Sharing: jlvs will never share your personal data with third parties for their own independent commercial purposes without your explicit prior consent. Requests may require identity verification before processing to prevent unauthorised access to another person's data.
Strictly 21 and Above: jlvs is an adult gaming platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. All account registrations are subject to mandatory age verification. If jlvs discovers that personal data has been submitted by an individual under 21, the account will be suspended immediately, the data deleted as required by law, and the matter referred to PAGCOR in compliance with our regulatory obligations.
PAGCOR mandates age verification for all online gaming operators licensed to serve the Philippine market. jlvs's age verification procedures include collection and review of government-issued photo identification confirming date of birth as part of the KYC process. Age verification is a mandatory prerequisite for activation of real-money gaming features on jlvs accounts.
jlvs may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law, NPC guidance, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or our data processing practices. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered account address and/or by prominent notice on jlvs.bio, with a minimum advance notice period of seven (7) days before the revised Policy takes effect, except where immediate revision is required by law or urgent regulatory directive.

Continued use of the jlvs platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. In the event of a personal data breach, jlvs notifies the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of discovery and informs affected players promptly — consistent with NPC mandatory notification requirements.
